Patriana was created in 2005. It is located in Canterburry, Kent in the UK (15min from Dover). Patriana offers fine Basque and Spanish foods.

Try as well our delicious patés: Basque pork pâté, Pâté made with famous "Espelette red pepper", Melting basque pork pâté, Pâté with cep, "Fine Champagne" liver pâté, Basque pork rillettes "chichons", Duck rillettes, la Trout from the Nive rillettes... a well as confits (Basque pork, duck, sausages...), a range of cassoulets, Basque style chicken, Veal axoa (minced veal, typical basque dish) and a selection of cheeses.

You will also find there condiments and seasonnings such as Xipister and Sakari (Basque salsas), Espelette pepper powder, cherries in vinegar, onion confit, quince and Grain mustard with Espelette red pepper.
