Our Know-how

Helped by a team of young, dynamic and enthusiastic employees, Pierre OTEIZA would like to introduce and share his knowledge of breeding and his artisan skills to further promote the Valley’s gastronomy.

Our company priority is to have direct relationships with our customers. We are on the point to have our customers taste and appreciate our products:

-         In our 1O shops:     Paris Saint Michel, Paris Madeleine,
                                   Bordeaux, Capbreton,
                                   Bayonne, Biarritz,
                                   Saint Jean de Luz, Saint Jean Pied de Port,
                                   Ainhoa, Les Aldudes

 

  • -         In shows and exhibitions (Salon de l’Agriculture in Paris and Bordeaux, Foire de Metz, Salon des coqs d’or, Mouchin (59),…)

    -         Via direct mail selling and the internet

    -         Throug buffets and cocktails for 150 to 2000 people and for special events (Rugby 6 Nations Championship, Garden Party at the Elysée, Ministry of Justice,…)

     

Pierre OTEIZA has also established a direct and privileged relationship with his professional customers in France and abroad (England, Ireland, Norway, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan…).
Those partnerships, retailers (delicatessens, butchers…) or restaurants are the best ambassadors of our company, our products and of the Valley.
