• The shop is open from tuesday to sunday : from 10am to 12.30am and from 2.00pm to 6.30pm  
• Annual closing from the 7th of January to the 25th of March included.
• Your shop will re-open on 26th March

• Elodie welcomes you in our shop in Ainhoa and makes you taste Kintoa ham and Ham from Les Aldudes Valley , dry sausages and Basque chorizo...

A wide range of ready-to-go platters with ham, dried sausages, chorizo or foie gras is available on order in our shop.
