Présentation

Open every day from 10am to 7pm all year round except on December 25th and on Sundays in January

Upon arrival in Les  Aldudes, grab a map of the  "educational path" and take an hour-long walk in the mountain to discover the Basque pig breeding (good shoes required - wooden stick available at our shop).

On the way back from your walk, have a seat and try our hams, dried sausages and chorizo while watching the sows take care of their babies.

What a change of scenery!

 A wide range of ready-to-go platters with ham, dried sausages, chorizo or foie gras is available on order in our shop.
