The Michelin Guide hadrewarded Le Fouquets Barrières lovely gourmet restaurant with a star Light years away fram the golds of the Meurice or L Espadon Le Diane boasts a very nice rotunda shaped dinmg room totally refurbished by Jacques Garcia ln a decidedly feminine couture spirit pure linas combine with pearly taffetas and Parma colors to createaverycozy mtimate atmosphère ln this season however customers would rather enjoy their meals on the terrace fnat looks out over a beautiful mner garden An extension of Le Lucien bar servmg all sorts of homemade cocktails come evenmg it nas become the meeting place of choice Jean Yves Leuranguer a chef as talented as he is discreet takes pleasure in cultivatmg vibrant and creative cuisine creamy crab with a touch of lemon and crunchy fennel with Alverta Imperial caviar (€52) a spare nb of Basque pork from the Aldudes valley cooked on a bed of onions and served with asparagus wrapped in dried Ibenco ham (€62) or freshly caught turbot with Gennevilliers leeks (€86) The desserts by pastry chef Claude Ducrozet draw inspiration fram sunny f lavors to tantalize your sweet tooth The wine list is worthy of note Prix fixe lunch menu at €48 and €58 dinner menu at €90 and tastmg menu at €128 (€200 with beverages).
